I highly recommend the services of Eric Cheezum! I met Eric when just browsing through an open house that he sponsored. We talked and I told him I had been thinking of buying a new place but wasn’t sure as to what I wanted. Afterall, I had been in my home for over 18 years so the idea of moving was very intimidating. He told me he’d research some places we could visit the next day. Less than 18 hours later, I was in his car driving around looking at new homes!
He was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. He came to my house, did an analysis, and we talked through different options. Once I decided to do it, he starting having open houses on my property almost every weekend. During the slumping market, he sold my home within 5 weeks.
He referred me to a reliable lender who I would also recommend (Cherry Creek Mortgage), as they worked with me to accommodate my personal situation (and also was the lender to the couple that bought my place)!
I was very pleased with Eric’s services and would recommend him to everyone!
My only complaint is that he didn’t drink enough beer!
